Coachella, here we come!

i'm all packed, and ready to go... tomorrow we head out on the road for the 3 hour journey to the land of blazing heat and music! the weather forcast is in the triple digits.. woohoo... and the sunblock is packed! i'm looking forward to relaxing by the pool, eating yuummy native foods, and of course, long days full of a diverse set of music... oh yeah.. and did i mention that im taking 2 days off from work!... that i think is the icing on the cake.

so all you out there in the land of green where the rain barely ceases, take a moment this weekend to think of us.. hehe melting like fools from a dali painting. there will be many photos to come soon, if i figure out again how to post... (that requires me to take pictures in the first place i realize, but we'll see)

backyard here i come...

summertime and the livin's easy...
with the forecast of hot sunny days, and warm relaxing evenings... i have decided to invest in my backyard...
with the help of G, i will have a 10' x 10' gazebo, and comfy love seat... little lanterns to hang from the ceiling, and iron side tables with ice cold drinks... i think that the prospect of the future is looking slightly warmer with the idea of afternoon cocktails and perhaps a setting sun. oh the joys of summers in LA - the heat might be bearable yet...

wimbeldon, here i come...

7 years of my life was immersed in tennis, and i am finally in the process of working me way back there...
at least i will benefit from the exercise...

when i dug out my tennis bag from the closet, i found a goldmine of my past... notes from high school between me and Jen, and proudly, i can say that our poop humor hasn't changed in the least...
